Description Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a top-notch home and

Milton and Catherine Hershey, who established the school in 1909
and ensured it was fully endowed. Thanks to that foresight, the

lead fulfilling and productive lives. And we're expanding to serve
more students!
MHS is seeking a Regional Recruiter who is located and well
networked in the mid-Atlantic region. The Regional Recruiter will
be accountable to develop, implement, and evaluate results-driven
sourcing strategies to ensure MHS has the quantity and quality of
staff essential for student success and school growth. This
position requires extensive travel within the region and quarterly
travel to the home office in Hershey, PA. This position pays
between $55K to $72K, plus an excellent benefits package.
Responsibilities include:
Extensive sourcing including development of a strategy and
implementing the strategy. This includes (but not limited to)
extensive networking, event participation, public speaking, and
leveraging social media to build brand awareness of the School and
generate sufficient candidate volume to meet hiring needs.
Assessing outcomes and refining outreach.
Consults with in-house recruiters regarding incoming applicants and
leverages technology to communicate with leads and track candidate
outcomes.
Collaborates with other recruiters, vendors, and other staff in
Hershey to develop quarterly and annual plans, maintain analytics,
discuss refinements, and implement changes to continually improve
outcomes.
Frequent travel.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, communications, or other
relevant degree.
Three or more years of relevant experience - volume driven
recruitment roles, admissions, or sales.
Ability to travel extensively, including a driver's license in good
standing.
Comfortable driving a large vehicle (a mobile recruitment
center).
Demonstrated success in independently self-managing to achieve
required goals.
Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to network,
influence, collaborate and pro-actively communicate.
Exceptional communication skills including verbal, written and
platform.
Demonstrated skills in multi-tasking and organization.
Analytical skills for reporting.
Computer skills including Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint,
HRIS/CRM, and social media.
Candidates should demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all MHS
staff are considered to be role models to students.
