JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are currently hiring a Learning and Development Trainer in Breinigsville, PA.*A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite according to their teams' weekly schedule. The Learning and Development Trainer role is focused on field training and consulting with a single assigned Division Director and Region Managers to continuously improve the development of the BBC team within the Division. They will take a leadership role within the Division to hold accountability to the onboarding process of new hires and managers while identifying gaps in development. The Divisional Trainer also finds ways to use training as an assist to key distributor and retailer calls. They will help in delivering selected classroom training and project management through implementing new resources/tools for BBC sales teams. The primary responsibility is to assist in developing the readiness levels of the sales organization. What You'll Brew:Drives continuous improvement of leadership competencies, ensuring understanding, adoption, and integration across all departments and all aspects of the talent lifecyclePartners with senior leadership, employees and People and Culture partners to identify opportunities to improve leadership and management effectivenessDrives the creation, delivery and continuous improvement of programs for all coworkers (I added this), with focus on Emerging Leaders and New ManagersCollaborates with directors, managers, and staff to facilitate adoption of new programsIncorporates collaboration & inclusion in everythingActs as a change agent. Provides consultation to influence and enhance the abilities of others to effect changeServes as key member of Learning and Development team, providing guidance and input on leadership selection, supervisor / front-line leader coaching, and high-potential programsSpecial projects as assignedWhat Ingredients You'll Bring: Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of progressive Training/Learning and Development experience, or related experienceProven experience leading the design and delivery of learning and development solutions for salaried and hourly coworkersAbility to work evening and weekend hours, as neededMinimum travel requiredPreferred Qualifications:Bachelors DegreeFood and beverage industry experienceLevel: 5Some Perks:Our people are our most important "ingredient."
