Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The Human Resources CDRP Career Development Rotational Program is a
full time, entry-level development program designed to serve as an
entry point to a career in Human Resources at B. Braun Medical Inc.
Our Career Development Rotational Program provides great exposure
to a variety of job assignments within Human Resources, HR
Administration and Talent Acquisition. It will expand your network
within the company and B. Braun's culture, while building upon your
professional development and strengths to grow within. There will
be a minimum of three rotations throughout the two-year program. We
are seeking recent college graduates who have obtained their degree
within the last 12 months or will be graduating in May 2022.
This position will start Summer 2022.
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
Supports assigned HR functional team with assigned tasks and
project work.
Responsibilities will include handling day-to-day administration,
inquiries, reporting, analysis, and business processes, (ie:
Compensation, Talent Management & Development, HR Business
Partner).
The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include
any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to
time.
General:
It shall be the duty of every employee while at work to take

persons.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Requires basic knowledge of relevant business practices and
procedures in professional field.
Uses standard theories, principles and concepts and integrates them
to propose a course of action.

Works under direct supervision and from detailed verbal and/or
written instructions.
Uses established procedures to accomplish assigned task.
Qualifications
Expertise: Qualifications - Experience/Training/Education/Etc
Required:
Bachelor's degree required.
0-02 years related experience required.
Occasional business travel required
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is
required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and
