better.Minimum Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Work
both alone and as part of a team. Be self-directed and maintain a
positive attitude. Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend
English. Able to work the normal assignment of an 8 hour shift with
occasional daily and weekend OT as needed due to business needs.
Ability to adhere to all applicable standards required by the
company or federal, state and local agencies (i.e., OSHA, NIOSH,
FDA, DOT, etc.).Must have three years of accounts payable
reconciliation experience. This experience must include vendor
statement reconciliations, GR/IR Management and management of
ongoing open invoices through the payment cycle. Clerk must also
have the ability to demonstrate advanced proficiency with Microsoft
Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAP. Ability to create graphs, charts,
spreadsheets and reports using Excel, Word, etc. and assist in
tracking monthly metrics. Proficiency in typing and data input
accuracy is essential to the success of this role. Essential job
duties for this role include but are not limited to processing
packing slips, invoices, e-mails with KO Buy, reconciliations in
SAP to ensure quantities and prices are correct and that
appropriate tax codes are being applied to purchases.Accounts
Payable Clerk performs support functions for the accounts payable
process at the Lehigh plant. These functions include reviewing
packing slips, invoices and supporting systems to ensure vendor
payments are supported and accurate. This position will also be the
Payroll Coordinator for the plant with responsibility of correcting
and consolidating hourly payroll for > 100 employees prior to
submission to the Companys payroll department on a weekly
basis.Perform all tasks in a safe manner to ensure achievement of
Quality, Service, and Cost objectives. Comply with all standard
operating procedures and requirements under TCCC Management System.
- Creation of standard and blanket POs for the plant
- Ability to reconcile Goods Receipts vs. Invoice Receipts.
- Understanding of a 3-way match.
- Complete all needed computer operations including posting of
- Ability to accurately input data and correct time sheets for
- Work proficiently in Excel and Word to create graphs, charts,
etc and assist with tracking metrics.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to TCCC
- Work through documentation to resolve shipping and inventory
- Work with vendors and OEMs as required.
- Conduct periodic inventory counts and audits.
- Assist in training of new associates.
- Ensure compliance to company code of business conduct.
- Daily retrieval, sorting, and distribution of mail
- Processing of monthly Employee Sales Program
- Coordinating product donation requests
- Backup for Production Execution function for the plant (confirm
production quantities, inventories, and SAP transactions are
completed and accurate)
- File paperwork properly.
- Demonstrate good attendance.
- Read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.Working
Conditions:Work requires exposure to temperature changes, high
noise levels, working around moving equipment, wet conditions,
fumes, vibrations, dust, etc. Majority of work is performed in an
office area. Working hours must be flexible with the ability to
work all shifts and extended hours as required.Equipment
Used:Personal protective equipment including, but not limited to
safety glasses, steel-toed shoes and hearing protection. MSDS
