ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary: Responsibilities: Essential
DutiesInteracts with external and internal customers to provide
information in responses to inquiries about CAPS products and
services.Uses computerized system for tracking, information
gathering, and/or troubleshooting. Requires general knowledge of
the organization, products, and/or services.Adheres to CAPS
Policies and Procedures.Work with Operations when needed to
reprioritizing orders to facilitate distribution to
customer.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge
of CAPS catalog and basic understanding or knowledge of pharmacy
and IV medications.Excellent verbal and written communication
skills, as well as time management skills.Ability to work well with
CAPS cross functional team members such as Sales, Marketing and
Information technology.The job function The job function listed is

subordinates.QualificationsExpertise: Qualifications
-Education/Experience/Training/Etc Required:High school
diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required, Associate's or technical
degree preferred.0-02 years related experience required.Applicable
industry/professional certification preferred.Regular and
predictable on-site attendanceWhile performing the duties of this
job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear.
The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel
and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally
required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift
and/or move up to 20 pounds. .Additional Information
