Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: York, PA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,500 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: 4x10 hr shifts- (0700-1730) manager may consider 3x12 hrs (0700-1930) No block scheduling (includes floating block) WEEKENDS: 4-5 weekend shifts within a 6 week matrix Weekends could be day, evening, or night shift HOLIDAYS: Traveler will be expected to work at least 1 major holiday. Holidays could be day, evening or night shift CALL REQUIREMENTS: will take as preference 4-5 calls within a 6 week matrix 30 minute call back response 4-5 calls within a 6 week matrix 30 minute call back 4-5 weekend shifts within a 6 week matrix Weekends could be day, evening, or night shift Holidays per department need Holidays could be day, evening, or night shift Pre-Screen Unit - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Wellspan guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis. *Manager will interview Requirements MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3 years Level I Trauma exp required Previous travel exp required FLOATING: as needed UNIT: Prefer that RNs scrub and circulate Must be proficient (function independently with no need for “refresher training”) with the Davinci xi robot and bonus points if they are also familiar with the DV5 Davinci robot Must be proficient with robotic general, gyn, thoracic, and urology specialties The Davinci xi and DV5 are the only robots we have. Other robotic experience (ortho/neuro robots) is not helpful to us. Level I trauma experience preferred, must have at least level II (> 1 year experience) Must be able to function independently in all the following specialties Robotics, Orthopedics, General, GYN, Urology, Bariatrics, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Thoracic (excluding cardiac and open heart), Trauma RTO: MAX 7 days
