Job Description:
ChristianaCare is seeking an Epic Willow Inpatient Pharmacist to
join our dedicated team in Delaware, focused on providing
exceptional pharmacy services within our advanced healthcare
system. This role specializes in utilizing the Epic Willow
application to enhance inpatient pharmacy processes and patient
care outcomes. Our non-profit health system emphasizes innovative
care tailored to community needs, where your pharmacy skills and
specialization in informatics can make a significant impact on
patient lives. Implement and manage the Epic Willow application
within the inpatient pharmacy setting. Collaborate with healthcare
teams to integrate pharmacy services with overall patient care.
Ensure accurate and safe medication management following
established protocols. Train pharmacy staff on Epic Willow
functionalities and updates. Analyze system data to recommend
improvements in the pharmacy services. Participate in
multidisciplinary teams to discuss patient care and
medication-related issues. Proficiency in Epic Willow inpatient
system. Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and medication
management. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Capability
to train others and lead initiatives. Analytical skills to assess
data and system performance. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current pharmacist licensure
in the state of Delaware or eligibility for licensure.
Certification in Epic Willow system preferred.
