Job Description Annual Salary: $180k-$200k (Varies depending on years of experience) Our client is a patient-centered outpatient clinic seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join their growing primary care team. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality, comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, with a particular focus on serving our Russian-speaking community. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values continuity of care, collaborative practice, and a balanced schedule without inpatient or hospital call responsibilities. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan, including preventive care, acute care, and chronic disease management Build long-term patient relationships with a focus on culturally sensitive, compassionate care Communicate effectively with patients in Russian and English to ensure understanding of diagnoses, treatments, and health education Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and make appropriate referrals Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and support staff to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care Requirements: Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Valid and unrestricted medical license in New York Fluency in Russian is required Excellent communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing inclusive, patient-centered care Atlas Search is a tri-state area recruitment agency, connecting new graduates, Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians and Nurse Leaders to hospitals, clinics, multi-specialty groups, nursing homes, managed care companies, private practices, and healthcare start-ups.
