Physical Therapist Location: New Oxford, PA Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,867 to $2,061 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title Physical Therapist for Senior Living Community City/State: New Oxford, Pennsylvania Shift: M-F, 8 Hour Days, 08:00:00-16:00:00 Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 01/15/2026 Job Description: Benchmark Therapies is looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week contract assignment in New Oxford, PA. This short-term assignment is perfect for a PT who enjoys working with older adults and thrives in a supportive environment. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments for residents Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that improve mobility, safety, and overall quality of life Collaborate closely with an experienced rehab team, nursing staff, and other healthcare partners Document services using Net Health (training available if needed) Support a positive, resident-centered culture within the therapy department Requirements: PA Physical Therapist license in good standing Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience in senior care A flexible, compassionate, and professional approach to care Two-step PPD or TB skin test within 30 days of start date CPR certification through The American Heart Association or The Red Cross Covid vaccination records or exemption Background check and fingerprinting Resume Physical performed by a physician, physician assistant or nurse practitioner
