Required Skills: Valid medical license in Pennsylvania Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry Proven experience in psychiatric medication management Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in outpatient mental health settings Familiarity with internal therapy referral processes Fluency in additional languages Knowledge of Medicaid and insurance billing procedures Preferred Education and Experience: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in Psychiatry Prior experience working with adult populations presenting with complex mental health conditions Other Requirements: On-site coverage required one day per week, with flexible scheduling allowing you to select the same weekday consistently Commitment to working with adult patients in an outpatient setting Ability to handle a caseload involving medication management and psychiatric assessments Must comply with all licensing, certification, and confidentiality requirements This role offers a highly competitive hourly pay rate, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and a robust referral bonus program.
