Full-Time | Human Services Position Summary The Case Manager
Supervisor provides leadership, supervision, and oversight to case
management staff while ensuring high-quality, compliant service
delivery. This role supports staff development, monitors
performance, and provides direct case management as needed, while
upholding APIS and RHD values. DIRECT DUTIES: Oversee and provide
direct supervision to case management staff. With the collaboration
and support of the Program Director, provide coaching and
counseling through formal supervision meetings and corrective
actions when necessary to address any performance or policy
violation concerns with case management staff. Data entry of
supportive case notes, housing updates, and other documentation
into program client file electronic systems, and paper
documentation. Facilitate client progress review meetings.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of and ensure all policies,
procedures, and regulations of all program funding sources.
Coordinate challenging resident cases as needed with the assigned
Case Manager and/or emergency housing staff. Coordinate data as
needed for OHS/HUD monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Other
duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and
support case management staff Conduct regular supervision,
performance feedback, and corrective action as needed Ensure
compliance with program policies, funder requirements, and
regulations Review documentation and enter case notes and reports
as required Coordinate complex cases and facilitate client progress
reviews Support data collection and reporting for HUD/OHS and other
funders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or
related field (Master’s preferred) 3 years of case management
experience 3–5 years of supervisory experience Knowledge of state
and federal housing/residential regulations Valid driver’s license
and ability to travel Skills & Competencies Strong leadership,
communication, and problem-solving skills Ethical, detail-oriented,
and highly organized Experience with documentation systems and
basic computer applications Ability to manage crises and support
staff in challenging situations Requirements CPR/First Aid
certification (or willingness to obtain) Subject to background
screenings, including FBI clearance if applicable About Company:
