Permanent Our client is seeking a mission-driven, board-certified
Internal Medicine physician to join their Internal Medicine
Residency Program as a faculty member in Allentown, PA. As a
non-profit organization committed to community health and medical
education, they operate their own accredited residency programs.
This faculty role offers a dynamic blend of clinical practice,
medical education, academic leadership, and administrative
responsibilities. Job Description: Compensation : $200000 - $225000
Job ID : 38729 Job Function: Precept and mentor internal medicine
residents and medical students in the outpatient clinic setting.
Lead educational sessions and actively contribute to curriculum
development, program evaluation, and continuous improvement
initiatives. Conduct timely and constructive evaluations of
residents, while supporting their professional growth and overall
well-being. Deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care in
compliance with clinical policies and quality standards. Foster a
team-based care environment and support practice transformation and
clinic improvement efforts. Serve as a clinical resource for care
management teams and engage in interdisciplinary collaboration.
Contribute to scholarly activities, including teaching, research,
or publications, and ensure accurate documentation in all required
systems. Job Requirements: MD or DO from an accredited medical
school. Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine
Residency. Board-certified in Internal Medicine or equivalent
qualification. Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania with valid DEA
registration. Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, MAT
Waiver. Valid driver's license. Experience with electronic health
records (EHRs). Familiarity with or commitment to the EOS
(Entrepreneurial Operating System) model is strongly preferred.
