ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • 2 years of operating room experience required • Level I Trauma experience required (1 year minimum - hard requirement) • Travel experience required • Must be able to scrub and circulate • On call required • No floating between units • No weekend requirement • Patient ratio 1:1 • 12 hours of orientation provided • Work with patients of all ages: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS • Pennsylvania or compact state license required • Epic charting system experience required • Must have experience with general OR procedures including trauma surgery • Preferred experience with Level I Trauma and Ambulatory OR • Must complete labs within 48 hours of signing • PA fingerprints required and may require travel • Pass/fail exam not required for OR positions • RTO must be submitted at time of application Facility: This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive Level I Trauma center with advanced surgical capabilities including robotic surgery systems and specialized equipment.
