Schedule Mid 3x12-Hour Shift (15:00 - 03:30), requiring every other weekend and holiday availability. Job Description We are seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with strong experience in adult critical care. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality respiratory care, conducting assessments, and implementing treatment plans for patients across various age groups, from neonates to geriatrics. Responsibilities - Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including but not limited to CPAP, BiPAP, and aerosol therapies. - Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal care. - Assist in high-risk deliveries and emergency procedures when necessary. - Perform tracheostomy care and related procedures. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - Must possess a valid state license and BLS, ACLS certifications. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in adult critical care. - Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
