Schedule Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) with every other weekend requirement. Job Description Seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse for a night shift position, focused on providing quality care to adult and geriatric patients in a general medical surgical unit. Candidates should be able and willing to float to various units as needed. Responsibilities Manage patient care for a population with various medical diagnoses, including diabetes, COPD, and CHF. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and established protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. Guide and supervise junior nursing staff, providing mentorship when needed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 2 years of nursing experience preferred. Previous charge experience is preferred. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS. Experience with the Epic charting system is mandatory.
