Job Description:
B. Braun Medical Inc., a leader in innovative healthcare
solutions, is seeking an OPM Business Development Director to
spearhead growth initiatives within the Orthotics and Prosthetics
Management (OPM) sector. This strategic role involves driving the
development and execution of comprehensive business development
strategies to expand our market share and enhance our offerings in
orthotic and prosthetic solutions. With a deep commitment to
safety, efficiency, and technology, the successful candidate will
lead efforts to partner with healthcare providers and increase the
adoption of B. Braun's cutting-edge medical products, ultimately
improving patient outcomes and reducing treatment errors. Identify
and develop new business opportunities in the Orthotics and
Prosthetics market. Lead the negotiation and closure of business
deals that align with company's strategic goals. Forge strong
relationships with key industry players, including medical
professionals, hospital management, and regulatory bodies.
Collaborate with Research and Development and Marketing teams to
identify market needs and develop products that meet those needs
while complying with industry standards. Oversee the performance of
the business development team, ensuring targets and objectives are
met in a timely and efficient manner. Prepare and manage the budget
for business development activities in the OPM sector. Monitor and
analyze market trends to keep the company ahead of competitive
shifts and the evolving healthcare landscape. Strong leadership and
managerial skills Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Profound knowledge of the medical and OPM sectors Proven ability to
develop and implement strategic business plans Capacity to work
collaboratively across departments and lead cross-functional teams
High competency in financial and performance reporting Medical

Proven track record in orthotics and prosthetics management is a
plus. Relevant professional certifications in healthcare management
or business development (such as CBDM, CMR, etc.)
