A school-based health services provider seeks a qualified Substitute LPN to fill temporary nursing assignments supporting student health and safety. This position ensures consistent care delivery during staff absences. Responsibilities / Duties: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Conduct health assessments and report findings to supervising RN or administrative personnel Maintain accurate health records and ensure adherence to school and state protocols Respond to student health concerns, emergencies, or first-aid needs during substitute coverage Qualifications / Desired Experience: Current LPN license in Pennsylvania Prior experience in educational, pediatric, or community health settings preferred Excellent communication and documentation skills Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working with varying grade levels and student needs Applicants are encouraged to send a rsum including license credentials and a summary of school-nursing or pediatric experience.
