Take the next step in your professional journey with us and make a real impact in the lives of our patients. /n Education and Certification: /n /n - Graduate of a CoARC-approved Respiratory Program: Completion of a program accredited by the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) is required. /n - Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License: Must hold a valid RCP license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. /n - Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR): Certification in either BLS or CPR is required. /n - Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT): Must be certified as an RRT by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). /n /n - Note: Respiratory therapists who obtained their RRT credential from the NBRC after July 1, 2002, must maintain their certification according to NBRC requirements. /n /n /n Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: /n /n - CPR Certification: Must meet American Heart Association (AHA) standards, including both a didactic and skills demonstration component, within 30 days of hire. /n - Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR): Certification in either BLS or CPR is required. /n - Osteopathic Respiratory Care or Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCP): Must be licensed as a RCP. /n - Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT): Certification as an RRT is required. /n /n
