NICU Registered Nurse - Hospital in Manhattan (Day & Night Shifts)Are you an experienced NICU RN seeking a dynamic role in Manhattan? We're staffing both day and night shifts at a leading hospital and invite you to join their dedicated neonatal care team.What You'll Love:

• High-acuity 21-bed NICU serving newborns with critical needs
• Collaborative, family-centered care model
• Opportunities to advance clinical skills in ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and developmental careWhat We're Looking For:
  • BSN required (ADN considered with relevant experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of NICU RN experience in a Level I/II unit
  • Current NYS RN license in good standing
  • Certifications: NRP, BLS (AHA)
  • EPIC charting experience highly preferredKey Responsibilities:
    • Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate neonatal care
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team-neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and others
    • Provide family education, emotional support, and discharge planning
    • Participate in unit-based quality improvement and shared governance initiativesSchedule & Rate:
      • Start Date: May 27, 2025
      • Shifts: Three 12-hour day or night rotations per week, every other weekend required
      • Rate: $73/hour
