Lifesong Hospice and Palliative Care is a subsidiary of Country Meadows Retirement Communities. We are searching for a Registered Nurse (RN) who has the hospice heart to join our team in a management capacity.As a RN Clinical Manager, you will have the opportunity to set the standard among our team. Masters degree in healthcare or business preferred.Two years of management experience in the area of palliative care, geriatric care, or hospice nursing.Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured.Knowledge of governmental regulations and Joint Commission standards.CPR certified and able to perform the physical tasks that are needed in this role.About Lifesong Hospice and Palliative Care:Lifesong co-workers connect with our clients in the comfort of their home by personalizing hospice care plans tailored to their preferences and needs and helping them transition to be as comfortable as possible.
