Job Description:

The EHR Specialist is responsible for completing tasks related to the ongoing configuration, maintenance, training, and user support of the KidsPeace ENRG Electronic Health Record suite of applications. Qualifications (Education, Training and Experiences) The ability to learn from the specific application tools in a commercially available, web based Electronic Health Record. Experience with the Netsmart myEvolv platform required. Learning these tools will be primarily self-directed via written documentation, online support communities and recorded webinar style learning. Computer experience with sufficient mouse/keyboard skills, the ability to navigate web sites, log on to secured web sites and learn how to support end users via remote technology is required. The ability to deliver training and instruction over remote technology is required. Intermediate technical skill and familiarity with web technology such as browsers (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) is required. Intermediate skill with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) is required. Experience with web based technologies and concepts (e.g. HTML, ASPX, JavaScript, Java, SQL Server) is preferred. Experience in healthcare, behavioral healthcare or life sciences is preferred, but not required.
