Eastern PA - 1 hour NW of Allentown

• 
  
• Locum Pulm/CCM Locum coverage needed July forward
  
• Start: July 1, 2022
  
• End: July 1, 2023
  
• Cover 2 hospitals (1 in NJ and 1 in PA): both appx 100 beds
  
• Week 1 & Week 3 are at St. Luke's Warren, Phillipsburg, NJ
  
• Week 2 & 4 is at Miners Hospital in Coaldale, PA
  
• Inpatient Pulmonary & Critical Care/Outpatient Pulmonary
  
• Monday-Sunday (7 days) 7 am- 5 pm
  
• One weekday night call 5 pm-8 am &
  
• One weekend night call from 5 pm -8 am, during this week.
  
• One winter holiday; On this Sat/Sun, physician would cover SL Allentown, not SL Miners.
  
• EMR is EPIC
  
• Credentialing takes 45 days
