We are seeking an enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner for Palliative Care who has exceptional clinical and interpersonal skills to join our team in Allentown.Job Responsibilities:Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is seeking a certified nurse practitioner to join our specialty palliative care team. We require at least 3 years' experience as a nurse practitioner, with expertise in palliative care preferred. This position will be a part of our outpatient team, which includes a nationally recognized home-based service, as well as an office-based practice. The successful candidate will join a large integrated palliative care team of MD's, CRNP's, RN's, Social workers, counselor, MA's and admin support.Job Qualifications:

• A Valid PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
