They are are currently seeking a Nurse Manager for the Main Operating Room at their state-of-the-art facility. This full-time, day-shift role is ideal for a strong RN leader with a proven track record in perioperative nursing and team leadership.*Responsibilities Include:** Lead and manage daily operations of the Main OR, ensuring high-quality, safe patient care* Allocate staff and resources effectively based on surgical case volume and acuity* Support and mentor OR nurses, charge nurses, and support staff in clinical and leadership development* Collaborate with surgical services leadership to optimize workflow and maintain compliance with safety standards* Drive quality improvement initiatives and contribute to overall department performance goals*Requirements:** New Jersey RN license* BSN required* Minimum of 3 years of OR experience; prior leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred* Proven ability to manage staff, coordinate resources, and uphold clinical standards in a high-volume surgical setting* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills___Please note- The annual base salary range is $100k to $125k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
