• Motivate, coach, and discipline security personnel according to SOPs.
• Review daily activity and incident reports.
• Communicate effectively during emergencies and assist outside agencies.
• Supervise investigations and implement emergency procedures.
• Participate in the Safety Committee.
• Monitor security patrols and maintain visibility.
• Ensure compliance with laws and SOPs, including Loss Prevention and OSHA standards.
• Train staff on safety protocols like MSDS, HazComm, and Bloodborne Pathogens.
• Maintain emergency kits and conduct audits.
• Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling security staff.
• Handle security documentation, purchasing, and reporting.
• Promote communication and professionalism within the department.
• Operate communication devices professionally and maintain key control.
• Assist with guest and employee escorts, bag inspections, and security logs.
• Maintain organized documentation and supplies.
• Support guest requests while ensuring privacy and security.Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in hospitality or related field; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Windows and MS Office.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work long hours, lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, and respond physically as needed.
