About The Role:
As a CBRE VAS Business Development Director, you will be
responsible for formulating and implementing local and regional
business marketing and development strategies. This job is part of
the Sales function, dedicated to the Valuation and Advisory
Services (VAS) line of business. They are responsible for the
design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential,
new, and existing clients. This role reports to both the business
line leader and the CBRE Global Head of Sales for VAS.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the VAS Business Development
Director position is $125,000 annually and the maximum salary for
the VAS Business Development Director position is $160,000
annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful
candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications,
and experience. This role will provide the following benefits:
401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and
Vision insurance. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a
discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
