Engineering Project Manager, you will represent the Nestl Purina
corporate engineering team at our Allentown, PA, project site. You
will manage complex capital projects end-to-end, including
ownership of concept, scope, cost, resources, funding and all other
facets. You will maintain visibility to the design process and
ensure adherence to all established key components and project
deliverables. Coordinating with the factory and other stakeholders,
you will orchestrate overall project execution including
construction and commissioning.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead the
development of pre-project approval documents including project
charter, project management plan, project kick start, estimate and
milestone schedule creationApply full understanding of design scope
and project deliverables to coordinate bid package development,
evaluation and selection of construction firms, and release for
field executionDirect and execute installation, construction and
commissioning of assigned projectsMonitor work output of project
engineers and facilitate effective communication between
engineering disciplines, standards, operations, technical
stakeholders and safety leadersEnsure design progress and
deliverables are met and in alignment with established project key
components, specifications and requirementsManage adherence to
project milestones and project scope and secure approvals for all
changes in projects based on engineering ways of working
methodology and risk mitigationControl the project budget including
cost forecasts, cash flow projections, resource allocation and
regular reportingProvide construction management and plant startup
assistance as needed to ensure successful project execution and
hand-offRequirementsBachelor s Degree in Engineering or related
field7+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing,
industrial, military or related environmentThe approximate pay
range for this position is$129,000 - $199,000. Please note that the
pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the
time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors
including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as
well as geographic location.Nestl offers performance-based
