Are you up for the dare?This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.Position SummaryThe Warehouse Manager is responsible for the direct management and handling of all warehousing and distribution functions at the organizations warehouse facilities. They are accountable for costs, performance, and quality of outbound freight, as well as adherence to safety and organizational policies and procedures.Manage the warehouse through continued communication with Team Leaders and employees to meet or exceed established cost and productivity goals.Ensure proper use and best practices of the warehouse management system (WMS/ SAP) by all Warehouse personnel inside building and on drop lots as well as outside storage.Ensuring safe, secure handling and storage of all finished product as well as shipping supplies in and outside storage operations of finished goods.Identify resources (personnel, financial, systems) necessary to support the long-range warehouse operation plans.Actively understand and manage automated warehouse facilities.Identify and plan for continuous improvement activities on an on-going basis for warehouse operations to improve customer service, labor efficiencies, and cost.Implement approved recommendations in a timely and thorough fashion, employing a TPM mind set for improving shipping, manufacturing, and safety.Prepare monthly budget variances reports and analyze expenditures to assure compliance with plans, policies, procedures, and cost reduction activitiesThe approximate pay range for this position is $76,000 to $122,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
