Description:People First Federal Credit Union is looking for a Business Relationship Manager to join the team! This individual will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and evaluating business loan requests. Meets with applicants to explain credit policies and obtain loan information and documentation. Monitors and reviews construction and development loans. Assists in collections activities regarding business loans. Serves borrowers and prospective borrowers promptly and professionally. Develops new commercial lending business. Provides general Credit Union information and cross-sells services. Assists Business Services personnel as needed. Responsible for compliance with all required regulations and policies, including all Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) policies, procedures, and regulations.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assumes responsibility for the effective and professional completion of assigned business loan functions.
• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective and professional business relations with members and trade professionals.
• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relations with Credit Union personnel and with management.Benefits:

    • 3 to 5 years of business lending/credit analysis experience is required
    • Bachelor's degree, completion of a specialized course of study at a business school, or completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training program and equivalent commercial lending experience.
