Unit Description
Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 2 to join our team at Pennsylvania Power and Light in Allentown PA! The food operation at this location consists of 2 small cafes, catering operations, and storm services in which we provide meals for power restoration employees and contractors. -
The General Manager 2 will be the only salaried manager at this location and must have a culinary background. - Duties will include but not limited to:

• 
  
• Overseeing the day to day operation
  
• Manage the client relationship
  
• Responsible for the finance/budget for the operation
  
• Menu planning
  
• Ordering
  
• Inventory
  
• Food and labor cost
  
• Leading and developing a team of 5 hourly employees
  
• HR related duties
  
• Office catering -
  
  This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday, schedule but must be flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed for Storm Services.
  Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). - Medical Benefits -beginning -date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible. -

  Position Summary
  Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract.   Qualifications & Requirements
