The Director's primary emphasis will be to provide advice designed to mitigate risk associated with patient care and clinical operations, ensure the timely investigation and reporting of potentially compensable events and conduct risk management educational programs.Education - Required:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other healthcare related field and subsequent licensure in the Commonwealth of PA as applicable.Experience - Required:3 years clinical risk management experience and7 years healthcare experienceCertifications - Required:CPHRM - Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management within 1 YearInterested in hearing more?
