Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Clinician (RN, NP, PharmD, PA, MD, etc.) with extensive experience
in IV pump use and infusion therapy to represent Medical Affairs on
key infusion therapy initiatives and product development
projects.
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
Medical Affairs team member on key product development projects,
providing clinical input during all phases of product
development.
Medical Affairs member of key business unit.
Develops the Medical Affairs Strategy and Clinical Plan for new
product development programs and sustaining engineering projects,
including pre and pos t market clinical and pre-clinical
requirements.
Provides clinical input to key business teams and represents the
voice of the patient, clinician and other healthcare workers
Serves as Medical Liaison providing scientific information to
clinicians and customers
Provides essential medical judgement in the pre-market risk
management process, including DRAS.
Manages the human factors testing the product development projects
they support.
Responsible for the clinical assessment of product issues for
Health Hazard Analysis.
Reviews and provides comments /feedback to marketing materials.
Collaboratively and effectively communicate with various
departments including Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, R
&D, and Marketing.

Qualifications

Required:
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education
and experience.
10-12 years related experience required.
Regular and predictable attendance
