We have an immediate opening for a Data Management Analyst. This
position can be located at our global headquarters in Allentown, PA
or can be available to those working remotely in the U.S. In the
case of remote work, physical presence in the office may be
required on occasion to engage in face-to-face collaboration among
teammates.
The Data Management Analyst position is responsible for data domain
definition for existing and new solutions in the EPC (Engineering
Procurement and Construction) function. They are also responsible
for identification of data owners and data stewards and
understanding data quality rules during the project development
life cycle, identification of system of record and other key data
attributes. A critical component of this role is to effectively
work with the Air Products business areas, applications development
teams, and other information technology teams so that Data and
Analytics applications are implemented effectively.
The analyst will be responsible to drive sustainable, operational
excellence in the delivery and support of Enterprise Architecture,
Data and Analytics applications, enhancements, and services across
various Enterprise Information Management areas including Data
Quality, Metadata Management, Master Data Management, Data
Governance and Document and Content Management.
The Data Management Analyst has responsibility for all global data
quality and supporting business intelligence solutions across the
company. As a member of a global team, they must have the ability
to communicate effectively and build effective relationships with
many various levels of the organization, especially key business
partners, process owners, experts, data stewards, and developers.
They must work to identify/understand data domains supporting the
business function. You must meet key Enterprise Architecture
deliverables, project deliverables, as well as, performing the
principal accountabilities listed below.What you will do:
