Job Description:
Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring daily operations and
coordination of a specific practice site(s). Will assist with the
planning and implementation of expansion of the division and the
promotion of the service line.Minimum Requirements: Associate's
Degree or HS diploma with previous practice supervisory experience2
years relevant experience in a healthcare settingAbility to work
independently, acts in the role of site supervisor in the absence
of the Practice Manager assuring the daily operational activities
are being appropriately coordinated, and the ability to take
direction and work with others. Strong organizational and
analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with
poise and professionalism, interpersonal skills and emotional
intelligence.Preferred Qualifications: 1 year supervisory or office
coordinator experience.Location: Lehigh Valley Health Network --
Centro De SaludSchedule: Full Time 40 hours, Day Shift, M-F;
8:00a-5:00p
