reason to join our team! We are currently seeking a qualified and
motivated Survey Project Manager / Professional Land Surveyor in
our Bethlehem, PA office. As a Survey Project Manager /
Professional Land Surveyor, you will lead and manage land surveying
projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery in
support of civil engineering initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of surveying projects, including boundary,
topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction layout, and subdivision
surveys Oversee both field and office staff to ensure timely and
accurate data collection, processing, and deliverables Review and
certify survey documents, plans, and legal descriptions in
accordance with state regulations Prepare proposals, scopes of
work, budgets, and project schedules Monitor project progress,
costs, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and
efficiency Coordinate with engineers, municipal agencies, clients,
and contractors Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior
survey staff Ensure compliance with company standards, safety
protocols, and applicable laws and regulations Support business
development efforts and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required
Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
preferred 7 years of progressive surveying experience, including
project management Strong knowledge of boundary law, title
research, and land development processes Proficiency with AutoCAD
Civil 3D, survey data processing software, and GPS/robotic total
station equipment Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and
communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and
deadlines in a fast-paced environment What We Offer We are
