• Accelerated Career Growth!Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CAD Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience using AutoCAD and Civil3D software to design and draft plans for land development, site and utility projects. The candidate must also have knowledge of commercial development and ideally possess an EIT certification.Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed designs and drawings for various civil engineering projects. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:1. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other team members to develop project plans and designs.2. Creating 2D and 3D models of civil engineering projects using AutoCAD and Civil3D software.3. Preparing detailed drawings and plans for site and utility projects, including grading plans, drainage plans, and utility plans.4. Ensuring that all designs and drawings meet industry standards and regulations.5. Reviewing and checking designs and drawings for accuracy and completeness.6. Providing technical support to project managers and engineers as required.7. Maintaining project files and documentation.8. Participating in project meetings and providing updates on project progress.Qualifications:The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in CAD Design for Civil Projects.2. Proficient in using AutoCAD and Civil3D software.3. Knowledge of land development, site and utility projects, and commercial development.4. Possess an EIT certification.5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.9. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.10.
