sectors.We are actively seeking a Water Resources Engineer to join
our dedicated team of professionals in Lehigh Valley, PA with work
from home flexibility. Key responsibilities include: --- H&H
Modeling using (PCSWMM, Hec-Ras, Hec-HMS) --- Designing
streambank/buffer restoration projects --- Bridge/Culvert modeling
and floodplain delineation --- Providing robust MS4 consulting
services to municipal clients --- Developing and implementing MS4
Pollution Reduction Plans --- Designing stormwater management and
erosion and sediment control BMPs --- Flooding and storm sewer
mitigation designs --- Developing and implementing municipal
stormwater authorities and fees --- Designing Green Infrastructure
(GI) --- Preparing project designs and reports (SWM, NPDES,
E&S, etc.) --- Preparing PADEP Joint and General Permit
Applications --- Working with PADEP, ACOE and County Conservation
DistrictsRequirements --- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil
Engineering --- Engineer-In-Training (required), Professional
Engineer (preferred) --- 2 to 4 years' experience in water
resources engineering to include: o Stormwater design o
Hydrologic/Hydraulic modeling o Streambank restoration design o
Preparation of grant applications o Project presentations o
Specification writing o Meeting facilitation --- Intermediate
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, computerized project
management systems such as Deltek Vantagepoint, PCSWMM, HydroCAD,
Hydraflow, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and Civil3D (preferred) ---
Client-focused leader and team player possessing strong
communication, planning and organizational skills --- Requires
travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices (Must have a valid
U.S. driver's license) --- Has the legal right to work in the U.S.
