Location: - Allentown, Pennsylvania Key Responsibilities: - Provide
individualized 1:1 assistance supporting students medically,
behaviorally, and socially within classroom settings - Assist
students with medical needs, daily routines, classroom
participation, mobility, and supervision - Collaborate with
teachers and school staff to ensure student support needs are met -
Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
tailored to each student's requirements Minimum Qualifications: -
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - High school diploma or GED
minimum - Minimum age 18 years - Current TB test in compliance with
school district requirements - Ability to stand, walk, and assist
with lifting as needed - Current background clearances or
willingness to obtain before starting Preferred Experience: -
Previous work in school, special education, behavioral health, or
child care settings - Experience supporting students with special
needs, autism, or behavioral challenges - Skills related to CPR,
G-Tube, or Tracheostomy care are advantageous but not required -
