their own children. Responsibilities: - Teacher will create and
implement age-appropriate lesson plans for students in the early
childhood program. - Teacher will provide a safe and nurturing
environment for students to learn and grow. - Teacher will foster
social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging
activities. - Teacher will utilize effective classroom management
techniques to ensure a positive learning environment. - Teacher
will assess and monitor individual student progress and provide
feedback to parents/guardians. - Teacher will collaborate with
other teachers and staff to develop and implement educational
programs. Requirements: - Teacher must have a CDA, Associates
degree in Early Childhood Education, or Bachelor's degree in Early
Childhood Education or another related field. - Teacher must have
two-years previous experience working with students. - Teacher must
possess knowledge of child welfare and development principles. -
Teacher must have strong communication skills to effectively
interact with students, parents, and colleagues. - Teacher must be
proficient in creating and implementing lesson plans aligned with
curriculum standards. - Teacher must have the ability to adapt
teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students. If you
