Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.
Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be
considered. A Special Education Teacher is needed to support a
kindergarten caseload in a self-contained elementary school
setting, providing both self-contained and push-in services. This
contract role begins as soon as possible and extends through June
12, 2026, with working hours from approximately 7:45 a.m. to 4:00
p.m. Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction tailored to
the needs of kindergarten students requiring special education
services. Implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
effectively within the classroom. Provide both self-contained
instruction and push-in support as required. Collaborate with
general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote
student success. Maintain accurate documentation and progress
reports in compliance with school and district standards.
Participate in team meetings, professional development, and parent
conferences. Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching
certification. Experience working with kindergarten-age students in
a self-contained and inclusive setting. Strong understanding of
special education laws, individualized instruction, and behavior
management techniques. Excellent communication and collaborative
skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student
