Job Description: * Manage and support implementation of preschool classroom programming and initiatives that respond to the children and families enrolled in the program.* Directly supervise, valuate, and train designated staff.* Responsible for assigned classrooms and special programs.* Ensure all classrooms meet required Head Start, Pre-K Counts, Pennsylvania Early Learning Standards for Early Childhood, accreditation standards.* Provide classroom coverage as needed.Job Requirements:Requirements:* Bachelor's degree required in Early Childhood Education. PA Early Childhood Education, Certification preferred in addition to BA in ECE.* Five years experience as a pre-school teacher.* Previous experience as a supervisor required.* Strong interpersonal, leadership and management skills.* Car and valid driver's license.* Bilingual (English/ Spanish) preferred.* May be require to work some evenings and weekends.
