Job Description Job Description Estimator Job Title: Estimator Location: West Chester, PA Salary: $80K-$120K Bonus Requirements: Building demolition and asbestos abatement project estimating Position Overview The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates for building demolition and asbestos abatement projects. This role involves collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure competitive and comprehensive bids that meet client needs. Key Responsibilities - Review project specifications and drawings to understand the scope of work. - Conduct thorough cost analysis for building demolition and asbestos abatement projects. - Prepare detailed estimates. - Collaborate with project managers and teams to gather necessary information for bids. - Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards in all estimates. - Assist in bid preparation and submission processes. Qualifications - Proven experience in estimating for building demolition and asbestos abatement projects. - Strong knowledge of estimating software and tools. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Familiarity with environmental compliance regulations is a plus. - Experience in bid preparation is a desirable skill.
