Visit us at: rciplumbingnj.com Key Responsibilities Solder and braze copper tubing; install press joints Cut and thread carbon steel piping (½" to 4") manually Install DWV systems with cast-iron and PVC piping (above and below ground) Read and interpret blueprints, architectural, structural, and MEP coordinated drawings Ensure installations comply with NSPC 2021 plumbing code Coordinate with other trades on-site to ensure proper layout and timely progress Maintain organized work trucks and job sites Work independently and as part of a team Deliver consistent, reliable, and punctual job performance Qualifications 4 - 5 years of journeyman-level plumbing experience High school diploma or GED preferred Strong blueprint reading and code knowledge (NSPC 2021) Proficient in soldering, brazing, pipe threading, and DWV systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated reliability and ability to manage time effectively Comfortable collaborating with a variety of trades and working independently Plumbing Apprenticeship certification preferred Clean Driving Record / Valid Drivers Licence required Benefits Weekly pay cycle Year-end bonus Medical insurance Paid time off Paid training and certifications Safety equipment provided Company vehicle Company events and employee rewards Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Overtime as required by project Location Work is performed on-site throughout New Jersey and surrounding areas Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
