Location Allentown, PA Category Information Technology ID: 145005 Our client, a nonprofit integrated healthcare company, is seeking a Digital Marketing Analytics Lead. Position Type: Contract to Hire Responsibilities: ---Provide robust insights into digital behavior of our end-users and make strategic recommendations on ways to best engage them. ---Perform in-depth analysis of the customer database as well as providing deep customer journey analytics. ---Ensure accuracy of data captured across digital touchpoints with continuous monitoring of engagement channels (web, mobile, email, voice, chat, direct mail etc.) to ensure there is no degradation of customer experience. ---Evaluate data from various sources and provide insight to understand audiences, behaviors, outcomes and proposing enhancements to marketing performance. ---Conduct segmentation based on first-party and third-party data, combined with firmographic characteristics, to determine and recommend target audiences for marketing campaigns. ---Support primary and secondary research on brand health and campaign effectiveness. Perform ad hoc studies to identify cross brand best practices. ---Create detailed reports with high-level executive summaries focused on action items for KPI improvement for key stake holders. ---Own the delivery of interpreting data insights and reporting through synthesizing data on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement backed by robust analysis, models and insights. ---Drive and evolve website best practices through competitive benchmarking, customer insights, A/B and multivariate testing, site personalization, and feedback from cross-functional partners. ---Identify and implement analytics tools and marketing technology, providing subject matter expertise.-- ---Stay abreast on digital analytics industry trends including predictive analytics and AI. Continuously assesses opportunities to optimize in the analytics arena. ---Serve as an internal expert on Google Analytics 360 capabilities and Google Tag Manager implementation. ---Manage and improve all digital lead generation channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Referral Partners and SEO (Search Engine Optimization). ---Provide insights to overall lead generation performance with specifics for each channel utilizing all relative data sets including Google Analytics, Salesforce, Adwords, etc. ---Define goals, create plans, and test new digital lead generation platforms focusing on optimizing CPL, CPA, etc. ---Collaborate with marketing colleagues to optimize marketing campaigns and channels: PPC advertising, social media, content, SEO, website performance, etc. ---Completes other duties as assigned. Qualifications: ---Bachelor's degree or equivalent ---5+ years working in digital marketing analytics capacity with focus on lead generation and improving measurable performance. ---Strategic thinker with demonstrable strong analytical curiosity and ability to story tell. ---Experience in preparing data sets, performing quantitative analysis, and presenting results. ---Ability to define and report on related digital marketing KPIs including CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, etc. ---Experience in digital marketing tactics and supporting technology stack (search, paid advertising, email, website including marketing automation, CDP/Customer Journey Orchestration) ---Knowledge of A/B testing and landing page optimization utilizing platforms such as Sitefinity, Optimizely, etc. ---Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook Business Manager and other related platforms. ---Experience in core web marketing functions: SEO/SEO Research / Reporting, UX, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, A/B multivariate testing. ---Experience in using site experimentation solutions, such as Google Optimize, Optimizely or similar platforms. ---Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, R, etc. preferred ---Experience extracting data through RESTful APIs preferred ---Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau etc.) ---Working knowledge of databases and query languages (SQL) ---Propensity modelling with Intent data desired ---Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. ---Advanced Excel skills including proficiency pivot tables, reports, graphs, and more. ---Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate clearly and effectively across levels and functions.
