Customer service is our number one priority! We are looking for energetic and committed team members to join our Service Department in at our Allentown, PA location! The 3:00-11:00pm with shift diff, Service Writer position is responsible for assisting customers write up repair orders in a timely and efficient manner. Candidates must possess:

• Customer service importance
• Prioritizing
• Writing and verbal communication skills
• Work at a fast pace environment at times
• Basic computer knowledge including Office and Windows software Position Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related experience and/or training required.
