Job Summary Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Dispatcher based out of our Tinton Falls, NJ office to coordinate and schedule aggregate material orders in our East region. This role is responsible for effectively communicating and interacting with customers. Day to Day Recognize and prevent scheduling conflicts and/or special requests Point of contact for all customers for all aggregate sites when placing orders. Utilize computer programs to assure correct billing and order fulfillment. Effectively communicating and interacting with customers, truckers, vendors, and co-workers. DEP record keeping/reporting for plant production and hours of operation. Problem job reports Verification of hours for weekly payroll. Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned About You Experience in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment preferred High School or GED Dispatch and/or logistics experience preferred Good written and verbal communication skills Good cognitive skills Detailed oriented Ability to multi-task Working Conditions While most equipment has air conditioning, there will be times when other responsibilities may require periods of work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty.
