The Office Manager will build positive, professional, and

the administrative operations of an individual Surpass Behavioral
Health Clinic to achieve responsible growth, facility management,
customer service and regulatory compliance in the delivery of home,
clinic, school and community-based therapy services within the
region. Support and guide senior leadership in sustaining and
growing the business.Job Responsibilities: Partners closely with
Clinic Director or Clinic Supervisor to ensure the smooth functions
of the clinic as a whole providing all administrative support and
management needed on a day to day basis Schedule clinicians with
clients to ensure proper utilization goals are achieved. This
requires elevated critical thinking abilities as the schedule
changes daily based on staff's availability, caseload and client
availability. Monitor and ensure timely conversion of all
appointments.Approving timesheets weekly, cross referencing time
keeping system with Central Reach to ensure billing and payroll
integrity. Conducting interviews for potential RBTs and BCBAs,
partner closely with the human resources, onboarding and training
teams in order to effectively onboard new employees. Responding to
incoming calls, routing calls to the appropriate areas, taking and
relaying messages, and communicating general clinic information to
the appropriate employee(s). Other related duties as assigned or
requested.Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Sociology,
Psychology or related field preferred. Minimum three years of
related professional experience, preferably working with children
with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a multi-disciplinary team
setting preferred. Valid CPR certification and other medical and
training requirements as specified by payors or ability to obtain.
Knowledge of HIPAA practices and adherence to the policies. Ability
to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on your feet as well as an
ability to lift items up to 50 lbs on occasion.
