Job Description:

Robert Half is currently seeking skilled candidates to fill a rewarding role as an Office Assistant working onsite with a reputable HVAC company in Emmaus, Pennsylvania. Play a vital role with this Office Assistant position as you will be supporting the company's office operations in areas such as customer relations, social media management, and other office support. This Office Assistant will be coordinating all administrative aspects of customer purchases and aid with company advertising and customer support. The Office Assistant must be comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment and must be able to change pace at any moment. Become an integral part of the team with this Office Assistant role as this position can offer excellent long-term benefits and challenging experience to build your resume. This Office Assistant position may start out with in a contract role but could move quickly to full-time depending on the candidate's success-driven effort!
Answer phones and schedule customer orders as needed
Perform all duties and responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
Manage company's marketing communications
Assist in projects to increase customer satisfaction
Assist with overseeing company's social media campaigns
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products according to customer needs and objectives by retrieving and maintaining forecast data
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations
Draft and distribute customer quotes
Order office supplies
Additional clerical duties as needed

Entry-level experience in Office and/or other Administrative-related roles
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite!
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred but not a requirement
