Description The Role in Brief Array is seeking a Project
Accountant to support the accounting team in our Conshohocken, PA
office. This is an entry-level position that does not require
previous experience in the field, but rather a desire to learn and
grow with an organization. Specific Responsibilities Prepare
monthly project invoices in accordance with billing markups from
Engagement Managers Prepare sub-consultant and client contracts
using AIA and DocuSign Software Conduct Bi-Weekly Engagement
Managers meeting to cover status of Billing, A/R, Project
Financials, Contract Status Process consultant invoices according
to consultant contract and project plan Set up and manage project
budgets within Deltek Vision Follow up with Engagement Manager and
client on A/R collections Reconcile Sub-Consultant Statements of
A/R Maintain Sub-Consultant COIs, EFT, and W-9s Qualifications
Detail-oriented Outgoing personality Strong work ethic Fast learner
Must be a reliable teammate
