We are currently searching for one full-time Resident Account & Service Coordinator to join our Manufactured Housing Division. This role supports residents, prospects, property managers, and vendors while ensuring accurate account management and efficient service coordination. Employee bonus referral program. Advancement opportunities. Role and Responsibilities: Manage resident accounts, billing, payments, fees, and account status inquiries. Answer high volume phone calls and relay messages Post payments and charges accurately; process late notices and certified letters. Generate late and aging reports; follow up with past-due residents. Process monthly utility billing and prepare invoices. Prepare landlord–tenant complaint forms and monthly tax reporting. Conduct daily follow-ups with prospects and maintain lead tracking. Monitor property in boxes and handle division phone calls professionally. Provide courteous assistance to residents, prospects, and vendors. Log, prioritize, and assign service requests, coordinate with vendors through completion. Obtain vendor quotes for seasonal services, repairs, and capital improvements. Maintain organized work-order and property files. Code vendor invoices. Additional administrative duties as assigned. Requirements: Excellent customer service and sales skills.
